In my last post, I mentioned that we were all busy preparing for my daughter’s surgery. Now, it’s been days already after my baby’s surgery that happened last August 21, 2010. She is now more active and lively.

As for me, I am now back working online. I tried to finish all the assignments that were given to me while I was away. So far, some of them got expired because I was not able to make it to the deadline. Somehow when we were able to return home, I was not able to do them immediately because I was so exhausted and stressed from our weekend at the hospital.

Anyway, I am still appreciative of my life today. After the successful operation of my daughter which I say thanks to God and my friends online, now I am back working and making a research on construction employment for women. I kinda like the topic since I am a woman and I am a graduate of Civil Engineering. I can so relate with the topic!

I am looking for ways on how women can use designer ties. I have an article due about it next week but I haven’t done even the beginning part of it because I have no idea on how to start. I am busy preparing for my baby’s surgery tomorrow at Dr. Pablo O. Torre Memorial Hospital (Riverside Medical Hospital). My baby needs a surgery to correct her hernia.

Anyway, this afternoon, we will get her admitted to prepare her for the surgery tomorrow. Please pray for her that she will come out strong and for her to have a fast recovery.

September if fast approaching and this means “ber” months are here! I’m so excited as yuletide season will be here once again sooner. I think or I am planning to put some Christmas décor as early as September. I’ll let out the Christmas tree and adorn it with Christmas lights with different colors, as well as, with Christmas balls.

But of course, I have to think of our safety, since most of the Christmas lights that are for sale now are of poor quality, cheaper but may pose danger to my family. I am planning to use C6 led christmas lights as they are of good quality for these types are sure to pass the standards. Oh, I’m really excited to start the decoration!

Before, I always considered dreaming of owning a laptop as a want but as of my situation right now, I considered that it is no longer a want but a need. So now, since I am planning to buy myself one, I am so active in reading laptop reviews. I need to find something that will suit my needs and will also fit my budget.

So far, I love ACER laptops. They have great specs and have Dolby Digital technology for their speakers. But the only problem I have is the price. It means I need to have a lot of savings to do if I will to buy an Acer laptop!
